Now I am trying to get another 30lbs for goal weight. I have been on it almost a week (5 days) and have only lost 3lbs. Could it be because of my pain medication? I wasn’t on it before. My neurosurgeon gave me Vicodin due to the cold weather irritating my neuropathy.
I was told to increase from .5 cc to .75 cc has anyone else had this problem or what do you recommend I increase too?
